Wild Things Day at La Paix 2010

has agreed to |return to La Paix for the fourth consecutive year to conduct a wood and garden walk to discover wild edible mushrooms in La Paix's fields and forest.

It was delicious later when Mark made a sauteed dish of it and other delectable edible wild mushrooms.	Golden Chanterelle Mushrooms found in La Paix's woods - especially good to eat - but you need to be an expert to tell the difference between this and the one above. Beware!!!!!
