The Rhododendron was magnificent this spring - totally covered with huge blooms.

The wild dogwood (?) is magnificent this spring.  Although it is covered in some kind of beetle in the fall which decimates it's leaves, it blooms beautifully again in the Spring. The insect seems to make the tree even more inspired to thrive!

Fringe tree in backyard.  The aroma is so wonderful - it is almost gone now but lasted 3 weeks or so.  The wonderful scent permeates the entire back yard.

This is a close up of the fringe tree's flowers which, despite their wispy laciness perfume the yard.
